Return Policy We often offer Free Shipping as a promotion, however if you return an item, your refund will be minus our actual shipping cost. (Our ship cost to ship you the item is not Refundable) Restocking
fee 20% If item is found to be used and not 100% new and or not in the original packaging carton a minimum restocking fee of 25% will be minus from your refund. Photos of the Damaged item, the cardboard shipping box and the shipping label will be required. Damage items must be returned in the original box and packaging.
Defective Items Jade Music Store Guarantees your item to be defective free for 30 days. If your item arrives defective, please contact us, we will issue a call tag prepaid shipping label.
